Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty:

Viathan affirms that this product is devoid of defects in materials and workmanship, leading to product failure under normal usage conditions, as detailed on this page. This assurance extends for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date.

We pledge to replace, free of charge, any item from the original order that proves faulty due to defective materials or workmanship. In instances where replacement is impractical, we retain the right to propose an alternative of equal or greater value (with the customer covering any additional costs).

This warranty is non-transferrable and exclusively applies to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is mandatory for all potential warranty claims.

1-Year Limited Warranty does not encompass the following:

-Data loss.
-Damage sustained during product return transit.
-Failure or physical damage resulting from misuse, such as broken SATA interface pins, dents, or scratches.
-Water damage.

1-Year Limited Warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:

-Expiration of the warranty period (1 year).
-Exceeding the Terabytes Written (TBW) limit of the product.
-Taking the product to a third-party computer repair shop.
-Altering the product, such as removing the SSD from its outer metal SSD case or modifying the barcode, unless expressly permitted in writing by a Viathan staff member.
-Failure of the motherboard, PSU, or CPU due to overclocking.

Returns Policy

Returns Criteria:

Back Up Your Data: Ensure you back up your HDD and/or SSD data before returning the PC. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair or replacement process.

Remove User Password: Remove the user password from your PC before returning it. If this is not possible, please contact us with the user details.

Packaging Requirement:

Pack your Viathan PC securely and safely before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Ideally, use the original packaging. If this is not possible, follow the packaging instructions provided.

How to Package Return:

Inner Box (Box 1): Place the PC in a cardboard box (Box 1). Fill any empty space with packing material such as bubble wrap to prevent movement. Seal Box 1 with packing tape.

Outer Box (Box 2): Place Box 1 into a second, larger box (Box 2). Fill any empty space with packing material such as bubble wrap to prevent movement. Seal Box 2 with packing tape.

How to Return an Order:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us through our contact page and please provide your order number and email address.

2. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide a returns label.

How Long is the Process:

1. Use the provided return label, and the item will be returned within 2-5 working days.

2. Refund or Replacement will be processed on the same day as receipt.
